Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you hire us for interior design, renovation, landscaping, joinery, smart home, pools, or related services.
THE AGREEMENT
Your project is governed by the written proposal, scope, and contract (if issued). Once you accept the proposal or sign the agreement, both sides commit to the scope, timeline, materials, payment terms, and warranty terms stated in writing.
If anything is unclear, ask before approving.
WHAT WE WILL DO
We will:
- deliver the services described in the approved scope
- use suitable materials and qualified teams as agreed
- coordinate project work and share progress updates
- support approvals and permits where included in the scope
- complete the work as close as reasonably possible to the agreed timeline
- rectify issues covered under warranty as per the agreement
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You agree to:
- provide accurate property and project information
- make timely decisions and approvals when required
- provide access to the property during agreed working hours
- ensure utilities and access are available when needed (water, electricity, building access)
- arrange landlord permission if you are renting
- pay invoices according to the agreed payment schedule
- report any concerns as soon as possible so they can be addressed early
CHANGES TO SCOPE
Changes during a project are common. If you request a change:
- we will confirm the impact on cost and timeline
- we will share a written variation or change order
- work proceeds after written approval of the change
Major changes may extend timelines and increase cost.
PAYMENTS
Payment terms are as stated in your proposal or agreement. A common structure may include:
- an upfront payment to start
- milestone payments during progress
- a final payment at completion and handover
Invoices are typically due within 7 days unless stated otherwise. We accept payment methods stated on the invoice. If payments are delayed, work may pause until the account is brought up to date.
TIMELINES AND DELAYS
We provide timelines based on normal conditions, but delays can happen due to:
- supplier lead times or out-of-stock items
- approvals from authorities or community management
- site conditions discovered after work begins
- weather for outdoor work
- changes requested by the client
- access restrictions or building rules
If delays occur, we will inform you and adjust the schedule reasonably.
MATERIALS AND FINISHES
Materials and finishes follow the approved specification. If an item becomes unavailable, we will propose an equivalent alternative for approval.
Natural materials (stone, wood veneer, marble patterns, timber grain) can vary. Minor variation is normal and is not considered a defect.
WARRANTY
Warranty terms are as stated in your agreement. Where not specified, workmanship warranty is typically 1 to 2 years, and structural or waterproofing work may have longer coverage when included.
Warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- damage due to misuse, accidents, or neglect
- work modified by others after handover
- lack of routine maintenance
- manufacturer defects that are covered directly by manufacturer warranty terms (where applicable)
Report warranty issues promptly so they can be inspected and handled properly.
LIABILITY
We are responsible for damage directly caused by our team and for rectifying covered defects under warranty.
We are not responsible for:
- indirect losses or costs (for example loss of rent, hotel costs, or business interruption)
- delays outside our reasonable control
- issues caused by existing conditions that were not disclosed or not visible before work started
- manufacturer-related product failures outside our workmanship scope
Unless otherwise stated in writing, our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the project.
APPROVALS AND PERMITS
If approvals or permits are included in the scope, we will support the process. You agree to provide required documents and information promptly and obtain landlord permission if you are renting.
Approval timelines depend on third parties, and we cannot guarantee approval dates.

CANCELLATION
If you cancel:
- before work starts, fees may be retained for design work completed and admin costs already incurred
- after work starts, you will pay for work completed and materials ordered or committed
A final statement will be shared based on actual progress and costs.
PHOTOS AND MARKETING
We may request permission to use photos of your project for marketing. If you decline, it will not affect the service provided. If you approve, we will not publish your name or exact address.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes, if any, will be handled through Dubai courts, unless another method is agreed in writing.
